OVB Slovakia social responsibility

Community support, volunteering, and sports activities are a natural part of OVB Slovakia's social responsibility.

Employees and financial agents participate in charity projects and community events. These events combine sport, community, and solidarity and contribute to supporting a healthy lifestyle and helping people in difficult life situations.

Our activities focus on 4 areas:

Financial education

Financial education is one of the long-term priorities of OVB Slovakia's social responsibility. We have been systematically engaged in financial education in the company since 1996.

Disadvantaged groups

OVB as a company, as well as our employees and financial agents, have traditionally been involved in various charity events. In 2025, they donated blood, participated in the Runs for Health, the Run of the Undefeated, and also contributed with their donations and actions to improving the situation in centres for children and families.

Environment

A responsible approach to the environment is part of the daily routine of OVB. In particular, the digitization of processes and the electroniization of documents play an important role, thus helping to reduce paper consumption and making internal processes more efficient.

Corporate culture is an informal but extremely strong system of rules that influences the working atmosphere, productivity, and employee satisfaction. OVB builds on a tradition that supports cooperation, growth and mature leadership.

A representative market survey of brokerage companies conducted by the renowned research agency 2muse at the end of 2025 confirmed the long-term high spontaneous brand awareness among the inhabitants of Slovakia and its slight increase compared to the previous year.

Aero

OVB Aero isa comprehensive tool for our agents designed to work with clients and with thestructure, expanded in 2025 to include a mobile version for iOS and Android.

Financial plan

The financial plan with an integrated risk life insurance comparator clearly introduces OVB to clients, introduces the work of a financial agent and serves to create a tailor-made financial plan - exactly according to individual needs of each client.

AI agent

As part of the Aero system, we are developing the first OVB AI agent that can answer questions from long documents, various data questions about business or, for example, questions on product topics such as the capital market and the risk life insurance.

Internal service network

In 2025, we built an internal service network within the Service Centre, which allows us to serve our clients throughout Slovakia even faster and better than before.
